This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information collected by the aforementioned third parties, including but not limited to, through any application, website, or other advertising content that may link to or be accessible from or in connection with your use of the Services. We collect contact, demographic, personal preference, payment information and details of transactions completed through our Website such as the fulfillment of such services, health related information, and other information that we may ask from you in surveys for research purposes, directly from you. DATA RETENTION

Our retention periods for personal information are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the personal information was collected and any other permissible, related purpose, and as permitted or required by the applicable laws.

CHILDREN

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. YOUR CHOICES

Your Online Maternal Wealth Account

You may update, correct or delete certain information stored within your online Maternal Wealth account at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the “My Account or Profile” page. You may also send us an email at [email protected] to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us, including your account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Note that if you request to delete your account, we may retain certain personal information and other cached or archived copies of personal information about you for such time as may be necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which the information was collected or used (including as required by law or for legitimate business purposes). OPTING OUT OF PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

We intend to only send you communications that you may want to receive. When you opt-in or do not opt-out from receiving promotional materials in a form in which we collect the personal information from you, we will contact you regularly via post and/or e-mail. We intend to use your name, contact details and demographic information and market or promote the products and/or services of Maternal Wealth and/or those of third parties, including but not limited to, the Company’s affiliates and subsidiaries.

If you do not want us to use the personal information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Please note that “opting-out” of receiving promotional emails from us will not stop marketing or advertising content that is generated for distribution or is otherwise queued for transmission to you prior to the time we can implement your request. We may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account.

Importantly, we do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
